Dial 333# to check your main balance. To check your data balance, dial 33313#.

SMS
Send an SMS with the text “BAL” to 199. You’ll receive a message with your current balance details.

Call
Dial 1991 from your Jio number to listen to your balance and validity information.

MyJio app
Download the MyJio app and log in. Your Jio balance, current plan information, and remaining data balance are all shown on the homepage.

Website
Go to Jio.com and sign in with your number. Your Jio balance is visible at the top of the website after logging in.
